On Friday October twentieth two thousand and six Gale "Doc" Watts had a massive heart attack in Miller, South Dakota while visiting his relatives. | |||||||

Doc grew up in Missouri and Minnesota. Upon graduating high school he joined the United States Army and became a sergeant. Upon his discharge he returned to Minnesota and became an auto mechanic for several years before moving back to El Dorado Missouri. Once back in Missouri Doc went to work for Crane Plumbing Manufacturing Company where he became a maintenance supervisor. He retired from Crane in 2003. He and his wife Sally continued to live in Nevada Missouri and enjoyed taking trips with their camper. |

Doc is survived by his wife Sally, his children Elizabeth, Katherine, Richard, Rene', his brother Richard and mother Fern. Doc was buried in the Newton Cemetery in Nevada, Missouri on 25th October 2006. |
